Several editions of MP3 Magazine were released by draat and Muggs of ATM in late 1998/early 1999. The magazine ranks release groups and rippers based on number of releases each week, with multipliers depending on the type of release. This issue of the magazine talks about Advance releases which were relatively new to the scene at the time, along with the also newly-introduced SFV files.
